Due to the personalised and custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Each order is made specifically for you, which means we cannot resell or reuse it once it has been produced. We kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation details (names, spellings, sizes) before placing your order.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. We photograph items prior to dispatch, so we are able to verify the condition of your order at the time it left us.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. Claims made after this period or without photographic evidence cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where damage appears to have occurred after delivery.
